FAQ

Asked. Answered. Straight.

Everything on the app, the Founding 1,000, and what happens to your data. No fine print games — just the answers.

01 — THE APP
What is RODEO, in one line?+

One app for the run, the ride and the hike — the crew, the coaching, and the readiness, terrain and weather intelligence that tells you why today matters.

Which sports does it cover at launch?+

Run, ride and hike — road, track, trail, gravel and mountain. More grounds come after V1, decided with the founding crew.

What platforms and watches?+

iOS and Apple Watch first, this fall. Android follows. Garmin and other wearable sync is on the V1 roadmap — your history comes with you.

Can I bring my history from other apps?+

Yes. Import your activity archive at first open — your PRs, routes and years of miles count from day one. Nothing starts at zero.

What is a burst?+

Our mark, reserved for earned moments. PRs get the burst. Nothing else does — that's what keeps it worth chasing.

02 — THE FOUNDING 1,000
What do founding members actually get?+

Three things. The mark — a founder's burst on your profile, permanent. The lock — founding price for as long as you stay. The gate — the app opens to you before anyone else.

Does joining the waitlist cost anything?+

No. A name and an email. Your number is held until the gate opens.

Will RODEO be free?+

Tracking, the crew and the feed — free, always. The intelligence layer (readiness, live terrain and weather calls, adaptive coaching) is paid. Founders get it at the locked price.

How many emails will you send me?+

One, when the gate opens. No noise before then. That's a promise we intend to be held to.

03 — DATA & PRIVACY
Who sees my routes and my door?+

Your crew, and only if you choose. Start and end points are blurred by default. There is no public heatmap of your life.

Do you sell my data?+

No. You pay for the intelligence; that's the business. Your miles are not the product.

Can I leave and take everything with me?+

One tap exports your full archive in standard formats. The door swings both ways — that's the point.
